Cassandra Washington is an educator, speaker, traveler, and content creator who has worked in education, publishing, and advertising.
Along with teaching, Cassandra Washington has experience in advertising, publishing, and travel.
Cassandra understands the need to enjoy one’s passion and juggle life’s responsibilities. She knows the joys of traveling and wants to share her knowledge and experiences. She wants to inform you about the importance of making one’s wellness a priority. Cassandra wants to describe the joy of the adventures and the effects on the mind, body, and soul.
Cassandra is the author and publisher of Teach and Take Time for You: Strategies and Tips to Reduce Stress. She is also the author and publisher of The Grammar Patrol, an educational comic book. Cassandra has also published Wellness Chronicles: A Fifteen Week Journal, In My Words: A Personal Journal, and Silver Suitcases: A Travel Planner for Women Over 50.

The title of this website is taken from the comic book Sustah-Girl, Queen of the Black Age. The book was created and co-authored by Cassandra Washington in the 1990s and features an African-American female superhero. Sustah-Girl was a strong, intelligent, and beautiful character. Therefore, she represents all the women in the world with the same attributes.
